Returns Policy

We're here to help! Before you order, please remember to read our size info and contact us if you need any assistance. We want to reduce shipping back and forth as much as possible for Mama Nature. However, if your Big Swim Co arrives and you don't love it, let us know. 

1. Returns: You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (if we have stock). Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please only try your swimwear on over underwear when it first arrives.
2. Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or decline of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
5. Faulty Items: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
